The kind of links we're talking about is the hidden network of people from all walks, in all locations.  Sure there are plenty of sites that have the typical financial links, links to sites to donate, but we're talking about the group or club that got to gether to raise some moeny and would like to tell the world, or, the group of computer guys and gals who would like to offer their time, or perhaps an association looking to help specifically, and want to put out a request for assistance.
